To rent the house we require a credit card as a security.If you do not wish to furnish us with a card number then no rental will be considered.

3.  On departure:-Electricity and water to be turned off .(water to remain in the toilet flush).Shutters and upstairs windows to be closed.No items to be left on the balcony.Both door locks to be locked.

7. Feel free to use any domestic tools i.e.hoover,paint brushes,floor brushes etc.
